Until 2022 Hannah was Music Director of the Fortune Green Choir and studied choral conducting with the Association of British Choral Directors (ABCD).

In 2016 Hannah was awarded the inaugural Oxford University Press Andrew Potter Bursary to attend the ABCD Annual Convention at Winchester University, where she attended choral conducting courses with Jo McNally, Peter Broadbent, Amy Bebbington and Mark Griffiths.

From 2013-18 Hannah was Music Director of Côr Llunsain (now known as Côr Dinas), a London-based Welsh female-voice choir who were prize-winners at the 2016 Llangollen International Musical Eisteddfod.

In 2015 she conducted the choir in the national anthems at Twickenham Stadium, in front of an audience of more than 80,000 fans as part of the Rugby World Cup Wales v England game.

Llunsain made its debut performance Houses of Parliament and has performed on live television at the National Eisteddfod and Côr Cymru ('Choir of Wales') competitions, where the choir reached the semi-final. Hannah's arrangements of Welsh music for the choir are published by Curiad.

In recent years Hannah has been selected to participate in choral conducting masterclasses with the Royal Philharmonic Society's Women Conductors scheme, led by Sarah Tenant-Flowers.

Hannah has worked with several other London-based choirs, including as Music Director of the Belsize Community Choir and Principal Accompanist of the East London Chorus.

In 2011 she was awarded a scholarship to study at the St. Petersburg Summer School. Hannah learnt the music of the Russian Orthodox church tradition under Mariinsky Theatre Chorus Master Andrei Petrenko and Alexey Zhukov, Artistic Director of The Festive Choir of Valaam Monastery.
